Acer Iconia Tab W500-BZ467 Great Tablet ideaTablet
Acer Iconia Tab W500-BZ467 Great Tablet idea. The sleek and stylish Acer Iconia Tab W500 delivers the mobility of a Tablet combined with the productivity of a notebook, making it the perfect tool for home or on-the-go. The hybrid design offers the best of both worlds: the convenience of HD multi-touch Tablet portability, and the full productivity of a standard Notebook via a dockable keyboard. Advanced technology such as Windows 7 OS makes this Tab one smooth operator with enhanced usability and the AMD Brazos CPU provides dual-core power to speed through tasks and enables vivid and smooth multimedia playback. You’ll be blown away by what the Acer Iconia Tab W500 can do- rethink how you go mobile!

Wifi connections worked great and the keyboard add on is very easy to use but be warned you can not use it on your lap unless you have a laptop tray or flat hard surface to place it on then on your lap. When put together the tablet part is a bit top heavy. I have used it to watch Unbox video and did some netflix streaming. Installed office, Itunes and a PC stragey game all worked with no problem.

Over all I enjoy using the unit that cost less then some Honeycomb tablets and the added keyboard made me like this unit over the 16gig Asus Transformer. There is room for improvement and I hope a patch to fix the cam. All in all if you need something portable and touch with a full operating system this is a great unit.

An Absolute Touch Experience
The 10.1" 720p HD capacitive multi-touch display with wide viewing angles enhances your digital world and makes everyday activities simple. From checking email and social networking, to enjoying HD content like movies and games- this Tab lets you experience them in a new and exciting way!

The W500-BZ467 optimizes your touch experience in the Windows® 7 Home Premium environment with bigger icons and a dedicated control bar so you can be more productive and interact with your familiar Windows programs easier than ever. The Acer Ring Control Interface is your entry point to entertainment. Simply place all five fingers on the screen in a grab gesture to launch the unique touch portal and scroll effortlessly through your favorite applications and utilities with your fingertips.

Connect Like Never Before
SocialJogger puts your social life in one place so you can connect to Flickr, Facebook, and YouTube instantly and simultaneously. The 1.3MP HD front and rear-facing cameras offer a special way to keep in touch with family and friends.

1. Audio quality from the headphone jack is excellent. (Pandora + Monster Turbines)
2. Very nice looking screen, with fast seeming pixal response.
3. Touch Screen is responsive and acurate. My sausage fingers do sometimes miss, but people with normal sized hands shouldn't have any problems.

LG Optimus V - Virgin Mobile Gadget
LG Optimus Virgin Mobile
I have never had a cell phone plan, and I don't plan on having one any time soon. When I first started using cell phones, the curse of prepaid services were the phones. Companies like Net10 had fantastic deals, but the phones were always cheap and disposable, which of course is the great part about prepaid service. I'm not stuck with a phone for two years and if I need one, I'm not worrying about the price.

Another great part about prepaid service is that I will never have to speak with a representative. Virgin Mobile is an easy set up and upon start up, the phone was quick to activate and start my service. This two reasons are high on my list for why prepaid trumps contract phone plans.

When this phone was announced, I was a bit skeptical. I was worried that it would be a watered down version of the LG Optimus S, but I am happy to report that it is essentially the same device. The following will mention the look, feel, and speed of the device.

The touch screen: Nimble! Going from screen to screen is fluid, transitions are visible. For every single touch and swipe, the device is right there with you. There is no lag to be found. However, there are times when I'm playing Angry Birds, and there is considerable lag. It usually happens for the first thirty seconds of the game.

Screen resolution: High quality but with the plastic front, it cheapens the device. However, I am not complaining. Zooming in and out on a webpage, you might notice that it's a little pixelated when you get close to the text.

3G capabilities: Testing this against my friend's iPhone, it's very fast. I was incredibly surprised by the responsiveness and how quick I could go from webpage to webpage. But, I will say that there are times there is absolutely no service. After looking through forums, one easy way to fix this is by activating the phone again. I did this once, and it helped tremendously.

Nokia E51 Unlocked Gadget with Wi-Fi, HSDPA plus EDGE capabilities

Nokia E51 Unlocked Gadget with Wi-Fi, HSDPA plus EDGE capabilities
Nokia E51 Unlocked Gadget with Wi-Fi, HSDPA
Nokia E51 Unlocked Gadget with Wi-Fi, HSDPA plus EDGE capabilities. This phone is really good for what it is. If I want more texting or web/media viewing comfort, I'd probably go with the nokia E90 or HTC Touch Pro or Advantage x7500. And if I want to really use it as a computer I would consider the Azus Eee ultra portable... as of today that is. With the upcoming models, we'd keep changing the way we use these devices.
Hope it helps. When I research products, I found it very helpful from some of the reviews. This's a great feature on the web and I hope that I'm doing my part contributing to it.  this phone is great, 5-star. a good cell phone, PDA(calendar, notes, voice memo), music player, communication(wi-fi, bluetooth, web, modem, sync), and the priority is in that exact order. For that and this price point.
The best fetures are: Size and weight are just perfect when you are travelling while really working at the same time, it is wifi enabled so you can avoid expensive packed data fees while still check your email on the go at airports and cafes with wifi free spots, if you are in a hurry to check internet data you still can use 3g / 3.5g data connections, it is a blazing fast smartphone with true multitasking, coming from many years using palm os I became acustomed to not have multitasking at all, but let me tell you that symbian is a great mobile OS far better than the venerable palm OS, almost any application you might need is available at affordable prices or even for free, the interface is also very intuitive and very easy to understand. While it is a very good communicator, it is not a phone for all, because its multimedia capabilities are in the medium to low level, the camera is just for occasional pictures that do not require neither a flash nor a good focus and the included speaker is not stereo so you need a good headset with stereo output to listen to your tunes, radio has not RDS, these are the characteristics I like to improve, however probably that requires a larger and heavier body I would not like. If you need to synchronize your mobile with your desktop just named your preferred pim application: Outlook, Lotus Notes, Lotus Organizer all could be set up to be in sync with the E51, you could even sync with your corporate services under Microsoft Internet Server. Also if you like the blackberry the E51 could run the Nokia Blackberry Connect application, even when the Nokia site has not included this model as certified for the application, it could run it without issues. What else you could desire in a phone the same size of a regular not smart one at this price level. Bottom line the slimmest S60 smartphone available with wifi and full gsm and data connections set.

Pros :
  • Good size, quality built, very well designed, good battery life.
  • Very good phone. Call quality very good with the factory headset. Slightly worse with a Plantronic 815 bluetooth headset (still good).
  • Good function in calendar, meeting, reminder, alarm etc. I also recorded hour long voice memo in meeting no problem.
  • Music player is good both function and sound. Radio is a bonus plus. On full charge, I played music 10 hours straight with headset. Speaker good for both phone and music (won't compare it to full size boom box).
  • Bluetooth, wifi, sync, web all function properly.
  • Control keys are very good. A lot of customization can be done. When set up properly, very convient.
  • Predictive texting is very good. I don't write full length email with it so it's just right for me. Good for any basic use.
  • Lots of additional features are just welcome bonus for me. (camera, video, gps, voice command, games, application download, music ringtone, VOIP etc etc)

Blackberry 9800 Torch Unlocked Phone Reviews

Blackberry 9800 Torch Unlocked Phone Reviews
The torch is beautiful and the red is even more outstanding - not likely to get confused in a sea of black. The screen is very sensitive and it is important to keep locking it so as not to accidentally activate a phone call or switch apps. It makes reading emails and viewing spreadsheets a breeze. The only downside is the limited ringtones :

i bought the phone for my son as a christmas gift. when preparing to write a review for it i asked him to rate it for me and tell me how to rate it. he said he gives it 50 billion points so if 5 stars is worth that much then thats what he chooses. he says it is amazing and he falls more in love with it each day he has it. so, i can give what i can only assume to be a great review of this product. it defiantely passes a teenagers tests for approval in technology.

The BlackBerry Torch 9800 is a 2010 model in the BlackBerry line of smartphones. It combines a physical QWERTY keyboard with a sliding multi-touch screen display and runs on the latest BlackBerry OS 6. Introduced on August 3, 2010, the phone became available exclusively on AT&T on August 12, 2010.

The device looks similar to existing BlackBerry devices, but due to the sliding keyboard features a bigger 3.2 inch 480x360 screen (the same resolution as the BlackBerry Storm and BlackBerry Storm 2) and these features allow the BlackBerry Torch 9800 to look unique. The software is seen by most to be an improvement over the previous version. The device also features far greater social network integration, a powerful universal search feature, and a WebKit browser comparable to those found on iOS and Android devices.

Apple iPhone 3G 8GB Unlocked Reviews

Apple iPhone 3G 8GB Unlocked Reviews
Apple iPhone 3G 8GB Unlocked Reviews. When I originally purchased for the phone, I opted for expedited shipping. Well that didn't happen because it took almost two weeks to get here instead of the 3-5 days that was promised with expedited shipping. After I had finally gotten the phone I connected it to my PC. It did a search and needed to be updated to the latest version, which had been accessible for quite a while. While I was running the update, the phone froze and was not doing anything. I took it to the nearest apple store for them to tell me that the software was screwed up on the phone and that the battery doesn't hold a charge at all. I had the phone to charge for more than five hours, and it was getting ready to die after only two. I then had to purchase a new phone with the store instead. Poor poor purchase.

With fast 3G wireless technology, GPS mapping, support for enterprise features like Microsoft Exchange, and the new App Store, Apple iPhone Black 8GB mobile phone 3G puts even more features at your fingertips. Like the original iPhone, a combination of three products in one revolutionary phone, a widescreen iPod, and a breakthrough Internet device with rich HTML email and a desktop-class web browser. The Apple iPhone 8GB mobile phone 3G. It redefines what a mobile phone can do again. The 2.0 software is, in many ways, the most important feature of the iPhone 3G. And it's excellent. The extra width also makes typing on the iPhone with two thumbs slightly more comfortable by giving the thumbs a bit more room on which to roam. As this Apple iPhone Black 8GB mobile phone is sim free even after any iTunes or updates this phone will NEVER Lock unlike many others on the market.

Technical Details
  • 8GB of internal storage
  • 3.5in widescreen Multi-Touch Display
  • 2MP Camera
  • 802.11b/g WiFi
  • Includes charger and original box.
